Over a month to resolve simswop

I have been trying to process a simswop with Cell C for over a month. Everytime I call the call centre I speak to a different person and almost always the person i speak does not understand why the previous call centre agent would have given me the info I was given. I called in to request a simswop, the person said he would log the case and someone from that dept would call me. No-one ever called me. I called again and the peson then advised that the reason the simswop wasnt done was because my line was blocked. The simcard had been from my residence. She said she would unblock the line and that all I needed to do was reboot the ohone and the simswop would be done. Still nothing, I phoned again and was advised that I would need to log a new case as I had put the new sim in the phone already. This week I called in to do the simswop and was advised that someone would call me between 2 and 4 hours. Someone called me but due to bad signal the call went straight to vm. I returned the call and was advised that I would need to log a new case and wait yet again. I spoke to a supervisor who said she would log the case again and someone would call me immediately, The called the next day.
