Calls are being logged & subsequently closed without resolution or feedback. When phoning in to the call centre previous call reference numbers are not on their system or closed.

It took three requests & more than a month to supply me with available credits on my contract. Calls logged regarding pathetic network service on the MTN network & BIS were simply closed with no resolution blaming MTN. When contacting MTN I get referred to Autopage.

Trying to speak to a supervisor is impossible as I get put on hold for 15 minutes plus or transferred from one operator to another & having to explain everything all over again. Continuous empty promises of receiving a phone call from a supervisor or someone who will resolve any problem is received every time.

Asking to cancel the contract as Autopage is in breach is also impossible as I have to pay a settlement for bad service.

Received an escalation call ref A1305215624 with a response of 24 hours; still no response.

So please, anyone who reads this, do not do business with this company. If I can prevent one person from not having to experience this then this complaint has served its purpose.
