Good day,

I purchased a laptop contract with Autopage on 1 March 2013. I have to date not been able to use the laptop because there was no network coverage.
I have had several engagements with the service provider but still the problem is not resolved. I have had communication with Autopage and they are busy with an investigation to date.

As a result of this major inconvenience, I have been stagnant and cannot do any work as a result of this.
I am so angry I want to cancel my contract as this is the kind of service I signed up for. I am told that the cancellation fee is R4201.81 for something I did not even use.

Does this make SENSE???
