Repair of laptop under contract

I purchased a 2 year contract with MTN for internet and included was a HP 360 laptop. This laptop was returned to Autopage in March 2013 for repairs after the screen went dead. Every time I go in to the store people gets phoned to find out whats happening but as soon as I leave the store there is hardly any feedback. Donovan at the store keeps on telling me the people at Pinacle, who ever they might be, states that the computer is out of warranty. When this laptop was booked in in March already it was still within warranty. It is now 8 months that I'm waiting for this laptop. The service rendered by this branch is really bad as they only act when you sit in front of them, they do nothing to follow up with their providers or customers. I will surely not recommend this branch to anybody.
