4 months ago when shopping for a laptop contract I came across a fairly good deal on the Autopage website. It looked like a good deal so I applied for it online with my details. My intention at the time was to fill in the required information and have a consultant contact me after I have submitted the application, which it did say.
I got a call about 2 days later from Autopage, however by then I had already purchased a laptop form another provider. I informed the consultant that I would no longer like to purchase this laptop as I already purchased from else where.
However since then, I have received 4 invoices for moneys owed as if i was an unpaying customer. When their debt department called on 4 occasions I explained my situation and was put through to the cancellation department and on 3 occasions they proceeded to escalate the matter and have it sorted out (no reference to my prev complaints). I have explained my situation numerous times to several people at altech autopage telephonically and nothing seems to changed. I did not receive any goods from them either.

The consultants are of no help! This will be my last encounter with Autopage and will not recommend them at all!
