I ordered a laptop at Altec autopage centurion on the 11th of March and i received the laptop on the 21st of March on the same day i informed the sales person that the operating system was not what was advertised. on the advert it was windows 8 and i got windows 7 basic. after a week of being sent up and down he asked to bring the laptop back which i did on the 26th of March. i have not received a laptop since then every time i inquire i'm told that there is a stock problem and stock is coming soon. i then resorted in asking them to cancel the contract then they told me that if i want to cancel the contract i will have to pay a cancellation fee. i really do not understand why i should pay a cancellation fee if i am not getting what i ordered and i will be starting to pay for this laptop end of this month but i do not have it. i have called their customer call center but i didn't get help there also as they don't know anything. im so sick of this shame please assist.
