Galaxy S4

On Tuesday 7 May I complained about misrepresentative advertising regading the Galaxy S4. Adverts telling consumers to buy now and have delivered tomorrow - except there is no stock of the phone!! Cindy called me from head office to say that the phones had been dispatched from the warehouse and would be received by the various branches on the Friday (or Monday). I have spoken to a number of branches this morning and none of them have stock. I have also been told that the warehouse does not have stock and they don't know when stock will arrive. Someone is lying! Who is it? Give your consumers a date and stick to it. Remove adverts that market a product that actually does not exist in the stores!!
