Request for Itemized bill

I have recently requested an Itemized bill for my cellphone (3 x on the WEB, 1 x by phone, and also raised a complaint once)
Up to date I have only received an Invoice for the account.
My complaint was raised 3 days ago but I have not received any correspondence with regards to the complaint.

I need a simple ITEMIZED BILL for the past 4 months, but it looks like MTN cannot produce.
