On 21 april 2013 i logged a complain on 8ta and on the very same day i received a call from them promising to rectify the problem as soon as possible and promised that the Telkom Gateway manager was going to give me a call within three days but till to day no response from them. maybe its only the court which can resolve the matter, cause all our complains are falling onto deaf ears.
