Once again Telkom mobile has taken money from my account and no one wants to give me feedback on my query - It was in may when i had to complain due to money being taken from my account and nobody is willing to bother to call me and at least tell me when they expect to resolve my issue - i notified them of a suspicious amount on the 26th of october (R1500) that came out of my account - they aknowledged that they see the mistake and will contact me in 7 days - all i want is feedback on how long this query will be resolved - they are not gonna pay my penalties for failed debit orders - the least they can do is call me like they promised.
the call centre agents can only tell me to wait for the person working on my case
