I have paid my account after is is suspended. I can call again after i paid it they promised me 24 hrs and it is nearly 72 hrs and yet no response and updates. I am completely upset and fed up with telkom i have like 4 contracts with you and feel like taking my business to someone else. POOR SERVICE. I WANT THIS MATTER RESOLVE TODAY I Will go to ombudsman for this matter if it is not resolved. After cases being logged no : 7387225 / and 7388205 AND YET NO RESPONSE. I AM tired of this and want answers today.
