One Month Gone And Still No Response

I purchased a Lenovo A3000 Tablet from Telkom Gateway on 09/10/2013. Within two weeks, the charger stopped charging the tablet. Returned it to Telkom on 27/10/2013. Today is the 25th of November but still haven't received any positive feedback. How long does it take to replace a charger?
