Accused of

On the 2-05-2013 i applied for a Cell C Deal via Cell C Direct and i was advised by the consultant that it will take up to 7 days for approval and delivery, so i email her on the 9-0-2013 to query the status and she advise that my contract was declined because my ID was because the picture of my id was big and it covered up the part where it says "DATE OF BIRTH". I have had this ID since 1998 and I applied for numerous contracts, car finance, loans etc with no issue, also i previously had 2 CELL C contracts which i applied for with the same ID so what is the problem now?
I emailed her a certified copy of my ID but she has not got back to me.
I am sure that i am not the only one in SA with an ID picture that is big enough to cover some writing.

It is fine you do not have to contact me to resolve this as i will take my business elsewhere.
