This service provider had a rewards incentive where you get free sms's when recharging, at the begining of May, that fell away and they did not even have the decency to inform their customers, whats worse is that they took my airtme as well, when I called their call centre, one guy explained this to me and ascalated my number, after a week still nothing so I called again and the lady that answered put me on hold for 13 minutes and she dropped the call, again after another week i call and they said the same thing "we are working on it" I have to say that is really pathetic and they have lost not one but 5 customers as my whole family is switchint to Vodacom.
