Pathetic service ever!!!

I upgraded my cellphone package on 8 December'13 which includes a port of my sim from MTN to Vodacom. It is today 17 December'13 and my new Vodacom SIM is still not working.
I made various call to call center of Nashau Mobile but only received empty promises from multiple call center agents. It is officially impossible to try to escalate to a manager or senior manager because they do not give number out - are they afraid of something???

When you call the call center you will be put on hold for anything between 10 to 30 minutes - I know it because I timed it. Absolutely pathetic customer service.

It is now nearly 10 days after my upgrade but after many emails and frustration, my new SIM is still not working.

Well Done Nashau Mobile for NOT delivering on basic client service!!!
