I called in since may 2013 to enquire when my refund would be done and nobody could actually resolve my query to date. I have the unfortunate encounter of speaking to quite a few agents who all should actually go for customer service courses as they all are pathetic. The names of the agents who could not assist me to date are Jamie, Maria, Kevin, Brenda, Donay, Renaldo, Geneveve, Kamal and Marvin. For a large corporate company like this the service is pathetic and you are definitely not treating your customers fairly which I will also be reporting to the ombudsman. I have been a customer for a very long time and this service is the worst I have ever experienced and has made me realise that it's definitely time to change my service provider and that of my family as well. Right now I want my refund due to me as well as the interest for the months in my account today or else further action will be taken. It is ridiculous to have to wait this long for a refund and not even the managers of vodacom seem to understand what customer service is about as no one gave me a call after numerous promises were made to give me call with feedback on my query. SERIOUSLY ANNOYED WITH THIS PATHETIC SERVICE.
