Pathetic service

I had my line transfered last week wednesday and was told that the phone would be working in 1hr and it wasn't I called the call centre numerous times since thursday last week till now and no help. I called now and soke to mona lisa who decided to cut the call and not help me. Everytime I call I hold on for no less than 45mins. I asked to speak to a manager 2x and they cut the call. I am very frustrated with the pathetic service from telkom and my line is still not working!!!
