Pathetic service

Its so frustrating when you call a centre for help because you dont know what to do and you a routed to an uninterested agent!
I called vodacom for help! and what do i get?
i get put throught to Phumi Tshabala!!!
the lady listens to my whole story and then says please wait and cuts the call where im directed straight through to rate the service!!!
pathetic!
there are hundreds of people out there who need jobs and im sure they would treat customers better...
