Last year October my boyfriend contacted customer care due to a mishap with the debit order transaction for his contract. They had deactivated the debit order and said from there on we needed to make cash payments and asked if we wanted to reactivate the debit order with which he responded "NO". He has been making the payment every month via internet banking on the 26th of the month and EVERY month since October a penalty of a R100 is being charged to his account and EVERY Month we sit on the phone with one of the "higher educated" (Supposedly) members of your customer care team. Unfortunately all of them seem to have been hired because they have the intelligence of a brick. We have ended up paying the penalty for paying ON TIME for October and November. In December you did it again and charged us for paying ON TIME. We were back on the phone to customer care, we explained to this very mentally challenged person that he will not keep paying a penalty fee for paying ON TIME. This person said someone will contact us. This never happened and today i get a sms saying the account is in arrears. I suggest you get someone intelligent to contact me immediately as i am not paying this penalty
