Over Charging of Contract Account

Hi, Firstly I have been overcharged with my Vodacom account... I have 2 contracts taken out at Vodacom, and my total fee for every month is R680.01 and I am now currently being charged a total fee of R1560.02 for the month of Oct 2013... I was told to send proof of payment for Oct 2013 and still the issue hasn't been resolved... Although it shows on their account that Oct has been paid I am still being hold liable to pay again for Oct... Vodacom is acting unethical, they are pathetic liars and stealers... According to me you only get charged for resubmission fees of R100 penalty fee if resub was unreturned... Now I have to pay R880.01 for Resub penalty fee and Oct over charging fee of R680.01... Does Vodacom truly want to lose all their customers and end up having no other choice but to close their doors due to no business...? According to my bank statements I only owe for Dec and Jan so far, the rest has been paid in full... I am really upset and disappointed in Vodacom for this complete outrageous behaviour... And I believe that I am not the only customer who has been complaining about an over charged account...
