I demand that I be given the data bundle amount signed for on my straight up 200 Cell C contract which during February 2013 had a special deal of 200 MB data bundle plus 300 MB data monthly with the iphone 5 16 Gig. Instead I have been billed for data usage above 200 MB in excess of R350 to date. I also demand the reversal of a reconnection fee charged in August whereby I was in dispute with Autopage concerning the incorrect loading of my contract.
I was assured by the credit controller that no reconnection amounts would be charged.
I also demand the data to be loaded backdated from July 2013 that was not given to me. I demand that all itemized billing amounts be reversed as I specifically requested not to have this on my contract ever and also at the time of my upgrade and migration. I also request that I be credited for the non use of my airtime from the old MTN top up 350 contract which was loaded on the the same day as my number was migrated to Cell C on the 17 July. Failure of Autopage in resolving this matter and the inability of your staff at customer services and credit control after several phone calls already placed, will result in me going to the press.
