Immediately disconnected and re-chrged after credi

Following immediately on my last complaint, where I list erroneous charges and reconnection fees - Autopage pass credits (so, admitting the charges were wrong in the first place) -and then immediately suspend my account and charg me ANOTHER erroneous reconnection fee - for the FOURTH month in a row - even though I have not missed a single R99 payment in almost two years. So here I sit, less than a week later, with the problem repeated - my account suspended and I am charged R49 reconnection fee - AFTER they pass the credits on the disputed amounts - and once again I am hit with a R49 reconnection fee. I never asked to be reconnected, and did not deserve to be disconnected in the first place.
Surely I have legal grounds for ending this for breach of contract on the part of Autopage - for repeatedly suspending my account and charging reconnection fees, despite crediting me repeatedly when I complain.
