Upgrade a nightmare

2 years ago my gran got me a contract as a gift, 1 May I upgraded, first I was told I have to wait 2 days by the sales person at Carnival Mall branch, so last Friday I waited for the sms which was never sent, I spent R25 calling them to find out about the phone, eventually on Monday when I called again they told me I could collect the phone, still no sms. Then on Monday evening when I transferred the sim to the new phone, downloaded the usual's, my airtime went from R35 to R125 in a matter of minutes. When I called the call centre yesterday during lunchtime I was told that my new package would only kick in on 1 June. The sales lady at the branch did not inform myself or my gran about this. When calling the call centre first I had to wait 15min to be helped, then was told to keep on holding on, the person who helped me could not understand what I was telling him. After eventually understanding, he asked me to hold on again whilst he called the branch, by this time my lunch break was over. I told him I wanted it sorted out by 15:00 or I would get my lawyer involved and cancel the contract. Nothing has changed and my bill is now already on R225 & no one has got back to me
