On the 07/06/2013 I went to MTN The Glen to upgrade my contract. Know @ MTN The Glen you can wait about 45min to an hour to be helped, eventually I was helped did the upgraded told the consultant not to cancel my BIS, on Friday evening when I got home I could not use anything on the phone, I called the call centre @ about 10pm, was told by the consultant that I was disconnected from the Network she will log an urgent query to have me loaded again, she assured me it will take about 2-24hours, Saturday morning I called the call centre again and their I was told, that the department that deals with these queries only works from Monday to Friday 8-5pm so there is no way I was going to be able to use the internet, bis, etc, unless someone is on standby... Guess what no one was on standby cause im still unable to use the service which I paid for the whole weekend but I was not able to use. I REGRET EVER UPGRADING MY CONTRACT, IF I KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN I WOULD HAVE UPGRADED ON MONDAY ONLY WHEN SOMEONE WAS AVAILABLE TO PLACE ME ON THE NETWORK.
I REGRET BEING AN MTN CUSTOMER CAUSE I PAID FOR A SERVICE I DIDN'T EVEN USE.
THIS WOULD BE MY LAST UPGRADE DONE WITH MTN.
