Shocking Service!! Would be an understatement

I ordered an upgrade and was told that they definitely had stock and that my new phone would be delivered within 3 - 5 days.

On day 4 I called to follow up and was told that they now suddenly didnt have stock anymore and will only have stock in 2 weeks.

This is the second time that they have done this to me. 2 years ago when I wanted to upgraded, they told me they had stock so that I would renew my contract and then as usual didnt have stock when it was time to deliver...

On top of this, when I called to do the upgrade, they cancelled my current BIS service which they shouldnt of done. So on top of not being able to deliver a new phone, my old one wasn't working either.

I called them several times asking them to put my BIS back on, and after 4 days they still hadnt. I then had to go into a branch to ask them to put the BIS back on which the lady then did in a matter of seconds, so I dont know why the call centre couldnt do it in 4 days?

Then I called today to cancel my upgrade and cancel my entire contract all together, which took 4 calls and 45 minutes, because they kept putting me through to the wrong departments and putting me on hold for 10 minutes at a time...
