On the 27th of April i received a call from Nashua Mobile to upgrade to the S4, i had pre-ordered so was impressed that they had called me back. we went thru the whole verification process and confirmed the upgrade etc. So on the 1st i had made contact with the branch to enquire about the status of my upgrade they had no knowledge of this on the system. Irate I contacted the Call Centre only to be told they had not even started with the upgrade as yet. i waited two days so the Friday came and again made contact with the call centre, they confirmed it had been approved and was in packing and would be despatched on that day.
I was ok with this... until i went to the Branch today, I enquired about the phone and they told me it was at their main branch, i went there and besides the horrible attitude presesnted by the staff talking across the store to me, believe it or not the fone was not there. so again i make contact with the call centre and they tell me no the phone was only despatched on monday and i would have to wait until thursday, so i asked why was it not sent on Friday and am told they are experiencing supplier issues etc. this is not m problem. deliver or dont bother.
