My contract is up for an upgrage. I called the call centre and was told i could pre order my iphone 5s. The lady that helped me said she had put everything on my profile and that i would be contacted a few days before my upgrade was due to arrange delivery of the phone to a branch of my choice, where i could then do the upgrade. I then went to the Fourways branch a week or so after to check if everything was on track. Luyanda was nothing but rude, disrespectful and had a real attitude. He was not interested in what i had to say. When i then asked him to write his name and surname down on a piece of paper he refused and told me to do so myself. On Sunday i went into the Fourways branch again to do the upgrade and was witness to how rude he was to another customer. Needless to say i walked out of the branch without doing my upgrade as he was the only person i could deal with and due to his attitude the previous week i refused to deal with him. In a final bid to get my upgrade done i called the call centre. I was promised that a lady from the upgrades department would call me on Monday and sort me out. IM STILL WAITING!!! How shocking! I am now fed up with the bad service and attitude
