Unsolicited debit order & BAD customer service!!!

It has been 7 weeks since my last complaint re: Exceptionally Poor Customer Service. I STILL have not received any feedback!!! This is completely unacceptable. I bought an iphone 5 from the 8ta V&A Waterfront store and was having network issues. After various attempts to solve the network issue, I decided to return the phone within 4 days of purchasing it. This month money was debited from my account by 8ta without my authority (considering i cancelled the contract 4 days after purchasing it) which is against the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa. According to the CPA (SA) i have a cooling off period of 5 days in which to return the purchased goods without reason or penalty. Nomhle has been dealing with this issue from a store level and has been very diligent and helpful w.r.t escalating my case to the relevant 8ta senior management but has not been receiving any support. I would like to cancel the contract and have the monies (R978.00) taken from my account reimbursed to me with immediate effect. 8ta have been tip-toeing around the issue for several weeks now and its just not right. Can someone get back to me urgently otherwise i will be forced to take this up legally.
