8ta Takin FOREVER to sort out double billing issue

Really so sick & tired of 8ta! It's been one issue after the next after joining their network in April! I had taken a contract at the Rosebank store but that number was faulty coz the porting of my own number didn't wanna go through & the manager Lebo said he will cancel that contract without any penalties and issue me with a new one. He issued me a new contract on which the porting worked! I was under the impression that the old contract was cancelled, only to receive a bill from 8ta few weeks thereafter for TWO contracts!!! I went back to the store and was told that the manager Lebo is now at the Eastgate branch & nobody knows anything about why the first contract isn't cancelled which is unacceptable! I only have one phone & one sim card & yet i'm charged as if i have two!! A new case was opened by Khulekani on 24/06/2013 at the Rosebank branch to sort out this matter but i was unfortunately debited for both contracts on the 25th. It's been 3.5 weeks & this matter is STILL not resolved & i have received another invoice from 8ta, yet again for TWO contracts which is scheduled to go off on the 25th of this month!!! Why is this taking forever to sort out?! Unacceptable!!!
