Network coverage falls out daily

I have been reporting network issues with MTN. First issue - for the couple weeks our network coverage has been falling out for at least three ours. It started out happening every couple of days but now it is falling out on a daily basis from as early as 11am to as late as 4:30 or 5pm. I have reference 357501 which no one is able to track. I have had zero feedback. I also have a reference number from yesterday 99520319 but doubt MTN will call back as they never do. Network Coverage and 808 keep bouncing this issue between them saying that neither one is responsible.

Second issue is that the tower in my area in Kalkheuvel, located on the Alpha premises has a known power issue. When the electricity goes off in this area, it no long has battery back up and this has been for over a year now. I keep getting the response that it is a 3rd party issue and is out of your hands. Sorry this is unacceptable.

Due to lack of interest on the side of MTN, I am being forced to go out and purchase a Vodacom contract. Yes contract as in my job position it is absolutely unacceptable for me to have a prepaid phone and run out of airtime. MTN - your turn!
