3 days for contract activation DISGUSTING SERVICE

? spoke to James (consultant) on the 06-05-2013 he assured me that after my sim swop was successful he would then process my documentation for the contract on the same number i have paid for the contract on the 06-05-2013 which was R105 and left the store with a handset with the knowledge that by 3pm that same 06th day of may my contract would be completed and ready to use its now 12:30 on the 08-05-2013 and still no activation i have spoken to Stephanie apparently the manager of the store who does not return your calls i am utterly disgusted with the service i am recieving from vodacom i wish to return the handset and cancell the contract as i am not satisfied with the way i have been delt with and would rather take my new business to a different service provide
