After having written a first hellopeter report I received a response by the Telkom escalation centre requesting the correct account number although the account number had been clearly stated in my report. I have since written another two e-mails to them without a response. Telkom seems to be ignoring my hp reports and has not shown any interest in resolving this matter. Telkom has also failed to explain the overcharge on numerous occasions. The account had been handed over to various debt collection companies of which none could get a reasonable explanation from Telkom for the overcharge. NuDebt, the company that is currently dealing with my account is threatening me with a listing at the credit bureau. I am disgusted by Telkom's conduct and furthermore their escalation centre which clearly is not interested in helping their consumers but is merely focused on using delay tactics to hide the fact that their company is wrongfully overcharging their customers.
