Data bundle prematurely capped AGAIN

Same thing happens EVERY month. A few days before the end of the month, suddenly/abruptly, any remaining data bundle (on one occasion, as much as 7GB) just "vanishes". 8ta/Telkom REFUSE to supply me with contact details of SENIOR management (DO THEY EXIST?). I get fobbed off by the anonymous "8ta Team" - a bunch of incompetent, arrogant, unfriendly and unhelpful tossers.
