Contract sim swop taking over a week

My cell c sim card which i have had for the past 11 years has finally reached the end of it life, which was no longer readable by my mobile device.

I have called the call centre to do a sim swop for me. I gave them all the necessary information, the agent informed me that a person from cell c sim swop division would call the next morning. An agent did call the next morning, after we were done on the call he mentioned that i should give it 30 minutes and i would be up and running. Clearly this was not the case.

I have been calling cell c call centre for the next 3 days with no luck and apparently the sim swop division does not have a direct number to be contacted.

So i decided to go to the Cell C store to try and get this sorted out. The Cell C Store is unable to assit me due to the system that does not allow them to cancel the initial request. They called the cell c call centre for assistance and they were unable to help.

I am left in a predicament of what do i do now and who do i contact or speak to. I have been offline for the past week, I have lost a client and have many upset clients. Will cell C discount my Bill by 25% due to inaccesible service, or compensate me for losses
