I have signed up for Telkom WCDMA service were the Telkom employee said to me that it is R200 p/m including 10Gig internet data per month. The first 6 month was perfect as soon as I reached the 10Gig I was hard capped. The past 3 months I have been charge huge amounts for out of data bundle use. When I queried it with Telkom they said there is not monitoring or tracking on the WCDMA internet services like you get with ADSL. My complaint is how can Telkom charge me for the out of bundle data if I as user cannot monitor it. This means Telkom can charge me anything and there is not tracking or proof that I have used it. I am almost 100% sure that is breaking the law or ICASA regulations. Can you help as Telkom can not give me any clarity on this.
