Shocking service "I get it" imposed"w/o my concern

Hi There,

Thank you for trying to contact me, I've received several voice messages from Blanche however I cannot take personal phone calls at work due to the nature of our business therefore I would appreciate it if she leaves a contact number so I can contact her once I'm available.

The other reason why she might struggle to contact me is that this iphone that I bought from you guys doesn't have network 90% of the time and this has been an ongoing struggle since I got the phone, when I get home I have no connection at all, could you also get someone to contact me in that regard because it uses up lots of my data bundles and battery life while trying to connect.
