Another week passes and MTN slumbers on

Hello MTN. Another week of "No data received", this app is unavailable", "DNS lookup failed", "Problem with internet connectivity", failed file downloads etc etc etc ad nauseum... Then of course there is the thinly veiled insolence in the latest communication from MTN which states that "this matter is receiving that attention that it deserves". So if I look at the fact that absolutely sweet nothing has been done, then the only conclusion I can reach is that customer service deserves no attention at all.

Then the other part I enjoyed was "The reference numbers that are issued in our correspondence should service (sic) as an assurance that MTN is aware of the problem and that is working towards resolution." Tell me how the heck can you be working towards a resolution when you don't even know what the problem is???...

And as far as the "assurance" goes, this gives me no confidence at all. This issue is months old and nothing has been done.

The way my Inet is tonight I doubt if this will even get through...
