TELKOM IS USELESS AT THERE JOBS!!!

I work for a company in durban and have recently got a switchboard system installed and have been trying for 3 weeks now to get throught to the right department at TELKOM to set up the caller id for our 5 lines yet every single time i phone there call centre not one of them know whats going on in there company. I have been put through to nearly every single department and still have not been successful in finding the right department and still after 3 weeks nothing has been done!!! i sit for hours on the phone to be told every time someone answer that its the wrong department!!! surely you should put me through to the right department the first time!!! i have now gone on telkom site and asked them to call me yet still nothing!!! what more must i do???
