I have a number of reference numbers since April 2012 with no resolution relating to transferring of account from an estate and the estate as well as myself a pensioner having to pay for the same account. To date I have had no resolution. The executors are also having a problem getting this resolved.

I had my I phone last year Oct. Nov and have still not had the I phone replaced, due to the fact I supposedly had put my sim in another phone. I have repeatedly given the information to Cresta and they have called Hollard and Hollard keep coming back with some or other story. The manager dealing with the problem left and passed it on to the manager who has taken over and to date I still have no solution. I am still paying the insurance on a phone which I do not have in my position. Currently I am using a Nokia instead of an I phone.

There is also a billing problem and I keep getting accounts for R10 000.00 when I have a fixed contract for R2000.00 per month. I have brought this to the attention of Vodacom.
I am now ready to go to the News papers, 702 and a lawyer if this problem is not resolved within a week.
