Another CellC employee who failed to delive

Here I am, after many attempts, complaints, emails, social media rants, still a purely unsatisfied Cell customer.

Months have progressed, yet my problems are still unresolved.

Kgosi Mokhine, call reference 3052400300, you, like the many other Cell C staff members before you, have failed to follow up on a resolution to my problem. You kindly assisted in getting my device software updated, yet, did not follow up to find out if my device is working correctly. Its not. Sunday afternoon, trying to get some work done, and I still have trouble with signal.

Where is the report of data collected when a technician that visited my home in early April? Do reports like this get kept in file 13?

Disgraceful.
