Debit order detail change ignored for 3 weeks

SEnt Cellc change of debit order details 3 weeks ago. After me reminding them they only respond today. Consultant chnages details but says only effective end of May. NOW I NEED TO MAKE MANUAL PAYMENT. WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE. EVERY MONTH SINCE I MOVE MY ACCOUNT I SEEM TO BE ON HELLOPTER DUE TO THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE. DO NOT CALL M... JUS DO IT AND RESPOND VIA EMAIL.
