Bad service after waiting alone

On two separate occasions within the same week I went to the Vodacom store in Canal Walk to see my options with regards to an internet contract. The first occasion I wasn't greeted at the door & when I asked one of the male staff for help he told me that he couldn't really help me (then I have no idea what he was doing there?). So I left thinking that it was just the one staff member & because I wasn't in the mood to deal with a bad attitude. On the second attempt that week going to the same branch, on approaching the store all staff members were standing outside the shop!? On walking into the store I was not greeted & looked at like I was unwanted there. I stood by the counter & had to wait for one of the staff members to make his way inside to help me, at a very slow pace I must add, & after being prompted to do so by another staff member. I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for ten years now & I have never had such bad service. I was so put off by the situation that I will now look for another branch to deal with. No matter what, you should serve your customer with a positive attitude. I am not a difficult person at all, but this situation has left me very disappointed indeed.
