Ive been a loyal MTN subscriber for about 5 years now and in all that time they were able to resolve my issues. I cancelled my contract with them after it expired last year and all outstanding charges were paid to the network. Three months after this I get a statement telling me i have outstanding fees for March and April this year. How come are there no charges for December, January and February? How come does no -one from the face-to-face contact centre at the above mall to the telephone contact centre no what is going on with my account and how to resolve my issues. I NEED ANSWERS!
