Recurring unauthorised subscription charges (

Since August 2012 I have been billed WAP Content charges. Upon investigation I was told that these charges are for subscriptions. I have tried on numerous occassions to explain to the Altech Autopage call centre agents and to the personnel at the Autopage branch at the Pavilion Shopping centre, where I signed my contract, that I have not agreed to any subscriptions.

I have gone so far as to contact WASPA who have provided me with email confirmation that ALL subscriptions linked to my cell phone have been discontinued only to find them reappear.

My absolute frustration is the lack of assistance from any senior personnel at Altech. Given the fact that I have called so many times, I have not had a single senior representative from Altech contact me to help resolve and stop this problem. I have paid - R10 000 in subscritpion charges.

I sent an online enquiry to their Customer Services website and to date I have not received a response. I find myself starting all over again every month with this matter and never reaching any resolution.

I am utterly frustrated and shocked at the lack of accountability and responsibility shown by Altech.
