Held to ransom for R5

I had outstanding library fees which I paid in January. When I logged onto UNiSA to register for year modules I was told that library fees were still outstanding. I checked my UNISA library account and it said I was still outstanding R5. Firstly I find it ridiculous that UNISA blocks my account for R5 when I have spent R15 000 to register for my honours last year and spent close on R8000 on text books that the library hasn't had available or that are checked out for months. That said I paid the R5 as I need to register. The R5 is no longer showing on my library account, however, I am still blocked on my student account from registering. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS! It absolutely ridiculous!
