7 January 20123 I went to go see MTN walk in centre at N1 City to go renew my contract. I have been with MTN for several years and have never dealt with them face to face. I complete the upgrade process and was told they would contact me by end of the week to collect, latest today. Also did an application for a new data contract at the same time. Get a voice message from sales person, that they can't do the data new contract because I have a judgement against me, please contact him again in 3 months. Tried calling him back 5 times, over 24 hours, left message got NO response. Also found out that as a walk-in centre, they don't have a phone number I can call to speak to a manager. How ridiculous is that? I spend over R 40000.00 last year on my mobile bill and this is the way I am treated. Did my own credit check on myself and no judgement found?!? Stii no return call either. Terrible service MTN, no way to handle loyal customers and not having any excalation process is a shocker!
