Benefits are dropping, but premiums are increasing

This year bankmed has shocked me with their "benefits" as it dropped so bad that I cannot use the hospital I have been using for the past 20 years and now also I cannot take my kids to their doctor they have been going to since birth for their checkups and for my sons asthma. I have to get a referral (pay R350) from a GP for a little piece of paper and only then I can go to the doctor. Bankmed are wasting my time and my money.
I wish you could have a walk-in-centre in Bloemfontein that we can resolve my issues face to face.
You must be the worst medical aid in the world, no doubt in my mind and the best is I cannot cancel your pathetic "benefits"
