TOTALLY DISGUISTING AND INCOMPETANT

I am a regular customer at the guess clothing store in menlyn, the staff there are delightfull and always go the extra mile to help you where they can, BUT the "manager" of the store is completely and utterly disguisting, incompetent, inappropriate and out of line, 98 % of the time the "MANAGER". as i know his name to be CLAYTON, is on the phone standing outside the store and by his body langauge you can tell its personal calls, many time when i went to the store i heard him talk to his staff in a very rude manner and very unproffessional, as a regular client of guess, i am disguisted to see that a classy company like BUSBY would employ somebody so inappropriate and immature to run a store, let alone manage the store, he is never around when staff members need help and from the response iv seen him give to them he is rude and unhelpfull to them!! Totally unacceptable behaviour from "MANAGEMENT" and if that the criteria busby implies when employing managers then it is a total shame to see such a major brand being dragged down.
