Service Incorrectly Suspended

This is just ludicrous. VM did some (supposed) system upgrade Tuesday/Wednesday this week, and since then I have had no outbound service (sms, calls, internet). Incoming calls are rerouted to a voice message that my service has been suspended - How embarassing!!! This is a contract number, and although the debit order was processed successfully on the 30th April, my service was suspended anyway. I have made tons of calls to the help desk - (note I cannot do this from my cell, as I have no service, I can't even call "free" numbers!!!) - from my land line, as well as to head office. The help desk number is not operational, it stays engaged. The head office number only works 10% of the time, and then they put you on hold indefinitely. Even the closest branch number doesn't work. Postings on FB had VM contact me and promise to sort out my service asap, but to no avail. I have been patient for 3, going on 4 days now, but I still have no outbound service. Yet come the end of the month, my debit order will undoubtedly go off like clockwork, and in full. Shame on you VM, my debits have never been returned, and yet I can't seem to get you guys to sort out your mess!!! What the? :( :(
