Hello, I was at your Crescent Store this evening. Your Doritos Party Bag was marked R 13.99 on an FSU at the front of the store; much like many many products in this store. The description read correctly, for the correct size. I later checked the price as I walked out and saw that I was charged R 18.99. A rude front line supervisor came to help me; did not listen to me when i tried to explain where i found it (instead walked off in an opposite direction awy from me). then took about 10 mins to try to return my money. when i queried about the scan rite policy. Thuli rudely told me it does not apply here; then i said it does. and she returned my product and took the chips away from me. i was embarrased by how i was treated. i called the floor managed who said she could do nothing. i asked for an AM or store manager - they had left the store. this is not the first time - Thuli manages the front line horridly - there are always queues and she hides away from the till points - i have previously complained about the long wait and she was of no help. your crescent store is a poor example. i shop at La Lucia and this store is a far cry from great customer service. no scan rite
